out-of-band Cumulative Security Update for IE (KB4483187)

I use WSUS to patch my clients. WSUS shows that my clients need the out-of-band Cumulative Security Update for IE (KB4483187) released on the 19th as well as the Cumulative Security Update for IE KB4470199 released on the 11th. I assume I can just decline the one released on the 11th and install the one released on the 19th. If I bypass WSUS and instead check on-line using the "check online for updates from Microsoft Update" link in Control Panel it just shows that I need KB4483187.
