How to get notified on Windows Critical Update?

Hi,

I would like to know on how to get notified when there is a critical windows update. We are managing our windows server that located in a different locations. And some of it does not have internet access, hence using the windows update feature is not feasible.

Is there any subscription that I subscribe to get notified on critical update?
