wsus clients returns with Code 80244019 and WSUSUTIL RESET don't work on server

Hi

I have problems on the moment that new installed computer and few old computers don’t found lots of updates and returns with code

Error(s) found:

Code 80244019

Solution to fix this is what I have found is to run on the wsus server command:

WSUSUTIL RESET

this is what i get back as answer

i found a program wsusutil.exe in: C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe

Specs for the server:

Windows server 2003 R2

Service pack 2 

installed:

Do i need to re install kb2720211 to get this working? or is there a simpler way to get this problem fixed
