Would need some help in writing a .vbs script to be able to ;
1) List the number and names of microsoft patches approved for installation on a list of servers which comprise of Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 (Approx 600 servers). Ex serverlist.txt
The approved updated are authorised by our WSUS server.
2) List the names of patches that had been installed for the particular month. Display the date of installation.
3) To be able to do a comparison and list out the patches not installed.
We need this for our compliance and audit purposes. As such, if a .html report can be generated, it would be simply great ! Pls advise if there are any tools that can be used as well. Thks
