Server 2012 WSUS: All built-in Update Views (All, Critical, and Security) display the same Updates

After a fresh install of Server 2012 in a VM, running on Server 2012, I noticed that the built-in "All Updates", "Critical Updates", and "Security Updates" Update Views display the exact same updates.  Manually creating a new Critical or Security Update View works as desired, however.
