Hi, I have the same problem like the others - SQL Timeout expired. I made everything what I can do - reindex database, run cleanup wizard,
rebuild central WSUS without drivers and rebuild WSUS on downstream servers. With no result.
In our company is this hierarchy: 1 central WSUS synchronized from Windows Update (completely rebuilded without Drivers) with Windows Internal Database
- Products: Windows XP/2000/2003/2008/2008R2, Exchange 2010, Office 2003/2007/2010
- Classifications: Critical updates, Definition Updates, Security Updates, Service Packs, Update Rollups, Updates
- 621 Unaproved Updates, 2024 Approved Updates, 4778 Declined Updates, 92 Groups, 5000 Computers

And I still have the same problem: SQL Timeout expired on some servers. I am sure it is not thanks to WAN (2Mb), it is thanks to SQL. I made Reindex, Clenaup Wizard - everythung without good result. Do you have any idea? Is there any place where to define or increase this horrible timeout? I am trying to solve it for 14 days and no luck, it is crazy.
