Filtering Malicious Software Removal Tool Patches

I produce reports for my customers of lists of patches available for each of their servers (this is a requirement of theirs).  I do this as follows:

1) On the WSUS server - Add each server to WSUS as a group with the corresponding server as the only member of the group.
2) On the WSUS server - From Reports - Produce an Update Status report for each server group.
3) Export these reports to Excel spreadsheets.

Each Excel spreadsheet shows a list of all the outstanding patches for a particular server and then individual sheets for each patch.

I would like to filter out the Windows Malicious Software Remove Tool patches from these Excel spreadsheets.  We use Symantic Anti-Virus and I don't want to present the MSRT patches to my customers.

Is there a way to filter out the MSRT patches as part of the configuration/setup of my WSUS server?  I believe I can perform the filtering of these patches by modifying the exported Excel spreadsheets, but I'd rather not introduce another manual activity to this process.

Is there a better way to provide this kind of reporting to my customers?

Thanks,
