Hi All
I have configured the WSUS 3.0 with sp1.i made the initial synchronization, it was successful. i have seen the forefront definition updates as well, i made the auto approval rule.but unfortunately definition updates for Thursday was not downloading.I have seen many errors in the event viewer.
1. content files failed to download. i followed the below link

2.Selfupdate is not working
3.some updates were unable to download.
My wsus server behind the ISA 2004 firewall.for the error no 1. typed the same URL in the browser to download manually and it was sucessful.
for self update : my wsus server is running in the default web site and it using the port 80.i checked the necessary permission for the content folder and self update directory as well. it has the permission for ISUR_Computer account.
my wsus server downloading the other updates without any problem.sometimes when i run the synchronization simply it shows success in the console with 0 updates.but in the event viewer i can see the error no 1.
anyone can guide me to resolve this problem..
