Looks like this guy had the same problem, but the "answer" doesn't seem to answer his question and he isn't responding so I figured I'd create my own thread.

As far as I can tell all machines in our environment are repeatedly being offered two updates even after they successfully install them.
The first update doing it was KB2461484 - Definition 1.151.1712.0. That update was just superseded yesterday by KB2461484 - Definition 1.151.1765.0 and that one also is being repeatedly offered.
The other one (KB2461484 - Definition 1.141.3299.0) was released Jan 7, 2013 and is not superseded by any updates. That one is still being re-offered every time I check for updates on any of our machines (as far as I can tell).
From what I've read this appears to be a detection logic issue and not an issue with the updates themselves, but I'm unsure how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
