The only update installed in my windows 7 home 32 bits computer is Kb 976902. when I search for updates, I get a message, "You must First install an update for windows update - Install Now" when I click to install now it repeats , "First install update for windows update". Computer is very slow. I downloaded WU Agent 3.0 to a USB flash drive from another computer and tried to install I get an "un known error" Help will be much appreciated. DHARMA
