Now I'm taking over a WSUS just a couple days ago and the last person to use it didn't do the best job in managing it. The issue that I'm having is there are a lot of missing clients; it seems like all the new Dell 700 series PC's that they've been slowly upgrading to are all missing from the client list. Also all these Dells have been imaged.
Here are the results from ClientDiag.exe

Also when I run http://servername/iuident.cab and http://servernanme/selfupdate/au/x86/xp/en/wuaucomp.cab I get the download prompt box so there is connectivity between that client and the server.
I've also changed the registry setting to force the client to communicate with WSUS. Here are the results after editing the registry.
