Hello,
I am about to stand up a new WSUS server using 2012 R2. Is best practice to still use a minimum of 2 WSUS servers? One for Internet facing, and the other with the database hosting my internal client updates? Our production server network is able to get to
the Internet, so we don't really have strict policies from that perspective.
Or can I simply use 1 server and have it Internet face and update my clients?
Should I leave the Windows Firewall on with exceptions? Or will my Cisco ASA be sufficient?
Can you provide any advice, tips, tricks, best practices, or any other useful piece of knowledge in regards to WSUS on server 2012 R2?
