Migrating WID from Server 2003 to 2012

Hello All,

We are in the process of decommissioning our Server 2003 boxes, one of which currently houses our WSUS rigging.

I have a new 2012 box prepped and I see a lot of discussion about migrating WSUS from WID to MS-SQL. However, I haven't noticed much about migrating from 2003 WID to 2012 WID.

Of course, the file structure looks the same, but is there some tool that must be run to update the 2003 version to 2012 format? Or is it as simple as copying the files from the old server to the new?
