All systems not appearing in WSUS console

Hi All,

We have installed windows server update services Version: 3.2.7600.226 in our windows 2003 R2 machine , we have more then 300 systems in our location , but we cant able to add more then 91 systems in our WSUS console , it all includes win xp , win 7 , win 8 and windows server 2003 and 2008 R2 machines , is thr any option to synchronise all our domain machines or any import options available ?

I have added 91 machine in my console if I Run a report cmd from my another client machine , the new machine is added to my WSUS console and old one will be removed from WSUS Console automatically , we have any machines limitation for WSUSS Version 3.2 ? 

or what is the solution for this issue?

    net stop wuauserv

    net start wuauserv       )
