WSUS 6.0 synchronization with wsus 3.2

Hello,

Does WSUS 6.0 installed on Server 2012 can synchronize with WSUS 3.2 installed on Server 2008 R2. I am not sure if this question is already asked but I have problem synchronizing my WSUS 6 with WSUS 3.2 especially third party patches publishers via SCUP or other third party patch management tools.
