WSUS on server 2012 error 0x8024401c

Hello everyone!

I've installed WSUS feature von Server 2012 ... Clients appear in the list but don't send reports and can not check for updates ...

I've tried different Clients and the WSUS-Server himself and all got the same problem.

Config Details:

Server 2012 is DC, SQLExpress 2012 for WSUS Database, no other applications running, tried to disable windows firewall with no change, no Proxy configuration due to direct access to the internet, installed all updates from microsoft on this server, tried many different solutions about permissions for networkservice but none of them worked for me ... solarwind Diganostic Tool for WSUS simply returns Error: timeout for clientwebservice/clientasmx and ok for simpleauthwebservice/simpleauth.asmx

I'd be very happy for any further ideas ...
