Windows 2012 R2 with WSUS 63.9600.16384

I recently upgraded to Windows 2012 R2 and installed WSUS 63.9600.16384. All clients can see the WSUS; however, the clients are not getting the updates. If I check the client update, it is showing that it checked for updates. Any ideas why?
