Good afternoon, I am sorta ignorant to WSUS functions and issues, so I'll try to cover as much information as possible.
About a 8 months ago, we attempted to P2V our Server 2003 WSUS server and basically ended up creating a brand new Server 2008 R2 WSUS server when the Server 2003 eventually crashed hard.
So, we're on a new VM instance of Server 2008 R2 with WSUS 3.0, and it appears that our Security Updates and Critical Updates are automatically being approved for all Computer Groups and the clients are receiving them, but drivers, software updates, and Microsoft Office updates are not being applied to the clients. I think I see the problem here:

Shouldn't I need the Target Group to have a value?
Another issue that could possibly be having is the fqdn of the WSUS server has recently changed, about 2-3 months ago. We've been consolidating our servers and workstations to a single domain name.
If more information is needed, please let me know and I'll try to get it as soon as possible.
