When can I delete previous location of WSUS Content

Running out of space on C: on an SBS 2011 server, I've copied WsusContent and UpdateServicesPackages folders to a larger drive, using wususutil.   I did not move or change the database folder or files, I'm happy to leave it on C:    Content moved without error.

So how do I know it is SAFE to delete the large WsusContent folder from C: now that there's a copy of it on D: ??    I didn't see any commands to tell the database where the folder now is - I'm presuming wsusutil did that (??).
