problem with Computer Tabular Status Report for Approved Updates

I am running WSUS on Windows Server 2012 R2 using the Windows Internal Database. We have one WSUS server in our organization and around 1200 clients, who are configured to receive and install updates from the WSUS server via group policy.

I had found that the best report for displaying which clients had not installed approved updates was the report: "Computer Tabular Status Report for Approved Updates". This was particularly helpful for reporting about our ~100 servers, since we manually install the downloaded updates and reboot the servers, and with this report I could tell which servers hadn't been fully patched yet.

Other reports, like "Computer Status", did not show me accurate or helpful results.

Recently, I ran a Server Cleanup Wizard, and ever since the "Computer Tabular Status Report for Approved Updates" is not displaying correct information. Even though I have approved dozens of updates that have not been installed, the report only shows eight computers and they all appear with none "needed".

When I go to the computers themselves, I see that they have the updates waiting. And in the WSUS console, if I go to an individual computer, I can also see that it has updates needed. How can I fix the report?
