Hi Guys,
I have spent the last couple of days trawling around the internet looking for answers but with little luck. Having issues trying to get a Windows Server 2012 member server to pull down updates from a Windows 2012 WSUS server. The WSUS policy is configured via GPO and I have a number of over server working fine with this WSUS config, just this newly previsioned server. I have tried both a HTTP (8530) and HTTPS (8531) connection using a wildcard certificate. Both servers are in DNS and have forward / revers entries are correct. I can ping in both directions, and also brows to a webpage hosted on the WSUS IIS instance. Please find log from the client c:\windows\windowsupdate.log below:
