Deploy KB981872 via WSUS

Hi All

I am trying to deploy KB981872 to a few hundred pcs but can't find it in the catalog.  Please can anyone advise how to deploy the hotfix?  I have downloaded it via a MS link but can I'm unable to deploy it with WSUS.  My WSUS is a 2008 R2 server and my clients are Win7.
