I installed wsus v 3.2.7600.226 (3.0 sp2) running on a windows server 2008 r2 standard. The server has a 80gb d:\ drive that is completely full and is still needing to download more files. It is reporting: Updates needing files: 36090 and Downloaded 78900
MB of 212,668 MB. The installation prerequisites said,"Minimum 20 GB of free space on the volume on which updates are stored; however, 30 GB is recommended". Whats up?
