Lots of computers do not report to WSUS

Dear all,
Recently, I encountered a bad problem from my WSUS server and I found out lots of computers do not report to WSUS properly.

From these log, what should I do in WSUS console and get them back to be reported properly?  Please advise.

During the investigation, I found out service status as below.
BITS - Started , automatic (Delayed Start)
Windows update - stopped, manual

But once I sent the command of "wuauclt.exe /resetauthorization /detectnow", the windows update will be started again.

May I ask if these 2 services supposed to be "started" automatically?
