Can wsus automatically aprove updates by reading in a file?‏

In the WSUS server you have to approve the updates 1 by 1. Now i have all the updates which i went to approve in my excel list, this list contains the exact string of the description in the wsus server. Example: "update for windows 7 (kb123456)" I also have to exact updatelink of this. Now, is there anyone I can load this excel file, or text or whatever file, into the wsus server so it automatically approves all the updates with the exact same string. So i dont have to approve them 1by1 anymore.
