window update server has a software called window update services
first problem is that it can not update through window update server in internal network.
and i got another problem, my notebook can not install new update from window update .com from Mircrosoft , it only return window is up to date, you can see the photo.
check date is today but, install date many months ago , so long can not update. it is like the first problem.

and i got a third problem is that my home surface 2 computer, window 8 has updated with package and when i install it, it just stop loading and wait for a long time, finally i force to shutdown it. because it is still not window 8.1. if i got suck at this package forever, how do i progress to next update?
