Can't see connect information in tcpview when WSUS download update file to WSUS server.

As title,

Because WSUS server download speed very slow(like stop download), so, I am trying to use "tcpview" to find out the problem.

But, I can't see any connection that connect to *.microsoft.com even I ask WSUS resync in console.

Why?
