WSUS Replica stuck in downloading updates after successful synic.

Hi
i have recently install WSUS SP1 on Wins2k3 sp2 in replica mode.

now waitting to dowload the updates ; but it is stuck since 1 week now. giving the fowlloing in console:

updated needing file: 249
downloaded: 244MB of 4.850MB


plz advise...


Note:
this is my 35th replica server ; all connecting to 1 WSUS server.
no proxy in between
all replica servers are DCs
all replica servers are working ok
