Getting different WSUS errors

Hi, 

Our WSUS is not working properly and i've been going through our error log and we have a couple of errors in our Event viewer. I was wondering if you can let me know how can I resolve these errors. I updated the WSUS on friday and now I have the following errors showing up.

The source of the 1st error message is ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0
